Is it possible to visit Sefla's studio?

Does Sefla teach classes?

Yes, Sefla has two ongoing group classes, 10 am - noon on Wednesdays & Thursdays at her new studio in the Aptos Warehouse Complex, 800 Estates Dr., #310, Aptos, 95003. Please phone her at 831-768-1715 or email if you are interested in joining the class.

Sefla is also teaching one-to-one by pre-arangement. Please phone her at 831-768-1715 or email if you would like to arrange for private instruction.
